Provide technical leadership and vision, setting the direction for the engineering teams to achieve our product goals and meet customer needs.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of skilled engineers and technical professionals, fostering collaboration, growth, and innovation.
Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to release, ensuring the delivery of scalable, robust, and high-quality mobile app solutions.
Develop and execute a technology roadmap aligned with the company's business objectives, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
Collaborate closely with product coordinators, owners, and managers to align engineering efforts with product strategy, ensuring successful product launches.
Implement best practices for quality assurance, including testing, code reviews, and architectural design to maintain the highest standards.
Drive initiatives to enhance app performance and scalability, ensuring optimal user experiences.
Manage engineering budgets, allocate resources effectively, and optimize costs without compromising quality.
Technical Profile
Proven leadership in managing engineering teams for successful product development.
Proficiency in implementing and managing Agile methodologies for on-time product delivery.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
Strong knowledge of web and mobile technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Android, iOS, infrastructure, laravel, Node Js, React Js, MySql, Mongo DB) for product development.
Exceptional product management skills, including multi-product management.
