This is a remote position.
• Act as a connecting link between the company and the customer.
• Creating brand awareness and market survey.
• Lead conversion.
• Reporting your progress to your supervisor on a daily basis.
• Promoting the company’s existing brands and introducing new products and services in the market. Representation of brands in all kinds of events (online or offline).
• Maintenance of customer records and taking regular follow-ups.
• Maintaining a professional relationship with customers by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
• Providing all the information and records to the company on weekly basis in physical format.
• Feedback collection.
• Grievance handling.
