**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced Snowflake Architect with a strong technical background and solution shaping orientation to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Snowflake architecture, excellent communication skills, and the ability to analyze both technical and business requirements to design optimal solutions. As a Snowflake Architect, you will play a crucial role in selecting the right technologies, shaping solutions, and providing technical guidance to meet our clients' needs.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather and understand technical and business requirements.
- Assess various technologies and tools to recommend the most suitable solutions for different projects.
- Translate complex technical concepts into easily understandable language for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Serve as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, demonstrating a hybrid of technical and sales skills.
- Utilize in-depth analysis skills, especially in SQL, data structures, and business acumen, to design effective solutions.
- Shape solutions that align with business objectives, providing advice based on business results required.
- Communicate solutions effectively, including standing firm on decisions when necessary and delivering hard facts respectfully.
- Manage risks and identify potential challenges in projects, ensuring smooth execution and delivery.
- Provide project and resource management support to ensure alignment with solution goals.
- Collaborate with project managers and developers to guide development processes in line with solution requirements.
- Ensure solutions are scalable and adaptable for future modifications, considering the organization's goals.
**Qualifications and Experience:**
- Snowflake Certified Architect with demonstrated expertise in Snowflake architecture and solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Strong experience in technical solution architecture, technology selection, and solution shaping.
- Proficiency in SQL, data structures, and database design principles.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
- Proven track record of successful collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Prior experience in a client-facing or consulting role is advantageous.
- Ability to manage projects and resources effectively, ensuring timely delivery and goal alignment.
- Calm, confident, and logical approach to decision-making and risk management.
**Location and Application:**
- This position is based in Hyderabad, India.
