Job Description:

We are seeking a Manufacturing Domain Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding our customer's business processes, identifying critical Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and leveraging your expertise in factory automation, PLC, and Cygnet SCADA to gather functional and technical requirements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, interact with subject matter experts and stakeholders, and design solutions that enhance Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES). Key Responsibilities:

• Understand the business processes of our customers and their specific needs.
  
• Identify and prioritize business-critical Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  
• Utilize your expertise in Factory Automation, including PLC and Cygnet SCADA.
  
• Gather functional, technical, and integration requirements for MES solutions.
  
• Engage with Subject Matter Experts, plant users, and various stakeholders to conduct AS-IS and TO-BE studies of the current MES landscape.
  
• Collaborate on interface design between ERP, MES, and control systems.
  
• Work closely with customer teams to develop client-specific requirements, leading to the creation of Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS) and Business Requirement Specifications (BRS) documents.
  

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Manufacturing domain, encompassing both functional and technical aspects.
  
• Proficiency in Cygnet SCADA is essential.
  
• Hands-on experience with Python programming is a must.
  
• Industry experience, particularly in Manufacturing, is a significant advantage.
  
• Functional knowledge in areas such as Product Data Management, Shop Floor Control, Traceability, and Product Quality is preferred.
  
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, multicultural environment.
  
• Proven track record of creative and analytical problem-solving.
  
• Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent exposure to the IT industry.
  

Professional Skill Requirements:

• Basic database knowledge, especially MSSQL.
  
• Technical/Functional experience with Sepasoft or a similar MES product is a valuable asset.
  
• Previous project experience involving Design, Development, Configuration, and Implementation for various manufacturing industries is considered a plus.
  
• Experience in MES-ERP Integration is advantageous.
  
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
