Senior .NET Developer with Support

Experience: 5 to 12 years

Location: Mumbai, Pune, Delhi, Bangalore

Job Description:

As a Senior .NET Developer with Support Skills, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our homegrown legacy applications that utilize .NET, IIS, and SQL DB/Server. You will also be responsible for working with supporting platforms such as ServiceNow, ElastikSearch, Dynatrace, PagerDuty, ADO, Sharepoint, Kenna (Vulnerability Management Dashboard), and Qualys Reports.

Key Qualifications:

• 5 to 12 years of experience as a .NET developer
  
• Proficiency in .NET, IIS, and SQL DB/Server
  
• Working knowledge of supporting platforms such as ServiceNow, ElastikSearch, Dynatrace, PagerDuty, ADO, Sharepoint, Kenna (Vulnerability Management Dashboard), and Qualys Reports (preferred)
  
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  
• Excellent communication skills
  
• Proven experience in supporting and maintaining applications
  

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and enhance homegrown legacy applications built on .NET, IIS, and SQL DB/Server
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the reliability and performance of applications
  
• Provide support and troubleshooting for application-related issues
  
• Work with supporting platforms such as ServiceNow, ElastikSearch, Dynatrace, PagerDuty, ADO, Sharepoint, Kenna (Vulnerability Management Dashboard), and Qualys Reports
  
• Ensure applications meet quality and security standards
  
• Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions
  
• Provide technical guidance to junior team members
  
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development process
