  • Manage either Full Account Management (bring in clients, secure job orders, maintain relationships) or Basic Account Management (close new clients, secure agreements, hand off to recruiting for fulfillment)
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships through relationship-driven selling and leveraging your existing network
  • Collaborate with the recruiting support team for candidate sourcing, screening, and placement after sale; ensure account protection through clear agreements
