Commercial Architect

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a professional and experienced Architect based in the Philippines to join our team remotely and take the lead in designing and delivering high-quality commercial buildings. If you have a passion for architecture, a strong portfolio, and the required technical skills, we'd love to hear from you.

  Key Responsibilities:  

- Lead the design and development of commercial buildings at least 5 or 6 levels high.

- Create detailed architectural drawings and plans using AutoCAD.

- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders remotely to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and standards.

- Present architectural designs to clients and stakeholders, gathering feedback and making necessary adjustments.

- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently.

  Must-Have Qualifications:  

- Proven experience in designing and delivering commercial buildings at least 5 or 6 levels high.

- Strong portfolio showcasing your previous work in commercial architecture.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant architectural software.

- Excellent understanding of building codes, standards, and construction processes.

- Strong communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  Preferred Qualifications:  

- Licensed Architect.

- Experience with other architectural software such as Revit, SketchUp, etc.

- Familiarity with sustainable building practices and green certifications.
