Ability to work across multiple brands and strong English communication
Requirements:
Develop high-quality creative assets across the hotel's national portfolio, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with brand guidelines
Design marketing collateral for campaigns, digital channels, and print, including websites, emails, ads, and social media, liaising with printers when required
Manage design workflows and asset library, ensuring deadlines are met and concepts are translated into compelling visuals with input from the Marketing team and internal stakeholders
Support brand development by translating campaign concepts into creative executions across multiple brands

About the Role
The Graphic Designer will play a key role in developing, producing and delivering creative assets across the diverse the client's portfolio. This role is ideal for a designer who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and enjoys the challenge of working across multiple brands, from boutique city hotels to regional resorts, each with its own unique personality and story.
You’ll collaborate closely with the Marketing team to create visually compelling designs that capture attention, inspire travel, and bring each property’s brand to life. From digital campaigns and social media content to on-property collateral and brand development projects, your work will help shape how guests experience and connect with our hotels across Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand & Creative Execution
Develop high-quality creative assets across the hotel's national portfolio
Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain consistency across multiple hotel and destination brands.
Support the rollout and maintenance of brand identities, style guides, and templates.
Marketing Collateral
Design marketing materials to support campaigns, promotions, and events.
Create visual assets for websites, email campaigns, digital advertising, and social media.
Prepare print-ready artwork for external suppliers, liaising with printers and production partners when needed.
Collaboration & Workflow
Manage workflow software to ensure design work is priority led and deadlines are met.
