WFH | Part-Time | PST (Pacific Standard Timezone)

Overview
      We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Real Estate Virtual Assistant to support our client’s business with cold calling, appointment setting, and email communication. This role is ideal for someone who is confident on the phone, organized, and comfortable engaging with potential clients in the real estate space.
      The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, strong persistence, and the ability to build rapport quickly with property owners and potential buyers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound cold calls to property owners, prospects, and leads to introduce company services and opportunities.
  • Qualify leads and identify potential sellers or interested clients.
  • Schedule appointments between qualified leads and the real estate team.
  • Send and respond to emails to follow up with prospects and maintain communication.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, lead status, and appointments in the CRM or tracking system.
  • Follow up with leads through calls or email to nurture relationships and increase conversion opportunities.
  • Provide basic administrative support related to lead generation and client communication.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in real estate cold calling, lead generation, or appointment setting preferred.
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Confident and comfortable making high-volume outbound calls.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle rejection professionally and remain motivated.
  • Experience using CRM tools, dialers, or email platforms is a plus.
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience working with real estate investors, agents, or wholesalers.
  • Familiarity with lead tracking systems or calling tools.
  • Prior experience working with US-based clients.
