With 19+ years of industry expertise and 2,500+ successfully completed projects, we specialize in delivering innovative technology solutions that are transforming the AEC industry. We’re looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic SEO Executive to join our digital marketing team and drive SEO, social media growth, and brand visibility across digital platforms. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Search Engine Optimization (SEO): 

  • Execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to enhance website visibility. 
  • Perform keyword research and competitive analysis to support content development. 
  • Optimize meta titles, descriptions, headers, images, and URLs. 
  • Collaborate with developers and writers to implement SEO best practices. 
  • Track keyword rankings and website performance using tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and GA4. 

Google My Business (GMB) Management: 

  • Manage and optimize GMB profiles to boost local search visibility. 
  • Schedule and post weekly updates, events, offers, and project highlights. 
  • Respond to reviews/messages professionally and promptly. 
  • Ensure consistent NAP (Name, Address, Phone number) across directories. 
  • Generate monthly reports on GMB performance. 

Content & Website Optimization: 

  • Upload and optimize SEO-friendly blog posts and web pages via WordPress or similar CMS. 
  • Conduct site audits to fix technical SEO issues (broken links, duplicate content, page speed). 
  • Update service pages for improved keyword targeting and structure. 
  • Monitor content performance using GA4 and propose content improvements. 

Link Building & Outreach: 

  • Support white-hat link-building efforts through guest posting, business directories, and citations. 
  • Identify backlink opportunities on relevant industry platforms. 
  • Track backlinks and ensure adherence to Google’s SEO guidelines. 

Social Media Support: 

  • Assist in managing social media profiles (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, etc.). 
  • Coordinate and schedule SEO-driven social media posts aligned with company goals. 
  • Help create engaging content (text, visuals, hashtags) for campaigns, project showcases, and event promotions. 
  • Track social media performance and engagement metrics for improvement opportunities. 
  • Monitor competitor social strategies and trends to support Tejjy’s social media visibility. 

Digital Marketing & Listings Support: 

  • Maintain company presence across USA-based business directories. 
  • Assist with uploading trade show listings, webinars, and event promotion pages. 
  • Support email marketing and newsletter content planning based on SEO insights. 
  • Contribute to weekly and monthly reporting of campaign performances. 


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a relevant field. 
  • 1–3 years of experience in SEO (AEC or BIM industry knowledge is a plus). 
  • Familiarity with SEO tools like Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz. 
  • Working knowledge of WordPress or similar CMS. 
  • Understanding of local SEO and GMB optimization. 
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills. 

  • Ability to work independently in a remote work environment with active participation during work hours.
