Social Media Marketing (SMM) Manager

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Marketing (SMM) Manager to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging video content, connecting with influencers, and managing multiple social media projects. Experience with platforms like Reddit and Pinterest is a bonus.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Video Creation:
   

   • Produce 3 videos per day for platforms like TikTok and YouTube.
     
   • Develop creative and engaging content that resonates with our audience.
     

2. Influencer Outreach:
   

   • Connect with influencers to offer affiliate programs.
     
   • Negotiate video promotion deals that align with our brand.
     

3. Content Management:
   

   • Update content on SMM platforms for 3+ projects.
     
   • Ensure consistent and high-quality content across all channels.
     
   • Manage and update content on Reddit, Pinterest, and other platforms as needed.
     

4. Reporting:
   

   • Create a daily report on the Content Calendar.
     
   • Track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
     

Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  
• Experience in creating video content and being featured in videos.
  
• Proven track record in managing social media platforms and growing audience engagement.
  
• Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to build relationships with influencers.
  
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and a passion for social media trends.
  
• Additional experience with Reddit, Pinterest, and other social media platforms is a bonus.
