- Facilitate and lead Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. - Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure clear understanding and prioritization of the product backlog. - Coach and mentor development teams in Agile principles and practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. - Remove impediments and help the team overcome challenges to ensure smooth and efficient development processes. - Promote and support Agile and Scrum values and principles within the organization. - Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product increments. - Foster collaboration and communication between team members and stakeholders. - Escalation management, consultant & stakeholder management & people development skills appreciated;
Requirements: - Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile role. - Strong understanding of Agile principles, values, and Scrum framework. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to facilitate and lead Scrum ceremonies effectively. - Experience in coaching and mentoring teams to improve Agile practices. - Knowledge of various Agile methodologies and frameworks. - Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills. - Certification as a Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a related field. - Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or other Agile project management tools. - Familiarity with software development processes and technologies.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
