Mortgage Advice Manager

£45,000 - £55,000 (DOE) £75,000+ OTE

Fully Remote - within the UK

Due to year-on-year growth our client is are actively seeking an experienced and ambitious Mortgage Advice Manager to join their successful team.

Are you a CeMAP-qualified Mortgage Manager with experience within the a Whole of Market Brokerage?

Do you want to use next-gen technology to help customers find the right mortgages, whilst motivating and managing an experienced, successful team of Mortgage Advisors - to convert more business and make more commission?

As an experienced Mortgage Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing a team of advisors to find the right products for their clients, ensuring that streamlined processes are implemented, actioned and embedded to increase conversions, whilst maintain high standards and consistency - within my clients high performing Mortgage Team.

You’ll be working with the most advanced, user-friendly brokerage system on the market, which enables advisors to automate and eliminate a lot of the boring, manual tasks — like completing paperwork or rekeying data — so you can spend more time doing what you do best: helping your team to help more customers.

Requirements

Have at least 5+ years’ experience as a Mortgage Team Manager / Senior Mortgage Manager within a Mortgage Brokerage, or IFA
Proven track record of managing successful teams of 10-15 Mortgage Advisors
Be CeMAP qualified, previous advisor experience is essential
Have a passion for coaching and developing people, helping them to achieve their career goals
Have direct experience advising on whole of market solutions
Be open to new and innovative ways of working, while also maintaining high standards of quality and excellence
Have a desire to embrace technology to make your life easier and provide an improved experience for your clients
Be hard-working, organised, and ambitious self-starter
Get a buzz from helping your direct reports and clients fulfil their dreams
