Responsibilities:

- Oversee data reporting and dashboard development for Epic systems.

- Work with stakeholders to define data requirements and ensure accurate data collection.

- Lead system testing, troubleshooting, and optimization of reporting tools.

- Manage a team of data analysts to support clinical and operational reporting needs.

- 5+ years of experience in healthcare data analytics.

- Epic certification in data and reporting modules.

- Proven experience leading data teams and implementing reporting solutions.

Expected Travel:

50% onsite travel in the Midwest.

Expected Schedule:

Full-time, with extended hours during project milestones.
