What to Anticipate?
  • Provide stellar customer service and support through an intuitive call flow system.
  • Handle inbound, sales, customer service, and support for our stores.

Requirements



  • Strong probing and investigating skills.

  • Attention to detail for accurate case management.

  • Passion for customer service and delivering empathetic responses.

  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently

  • Act as a brand ambassador, embodying the Home Improvement brand.

  • Ensure the security of customers' information and well-being.

  • Pass a background check and drug screening.

  • Commit to 15-25 hours per week (some clients may have weekend requirements).

  • Ensure a quiet, distraction-free work environment.

  • Meet the minimum computer specifications required by the client (laptop or desktop).

  • Possess a USB headset with a microphone (required for certification training).

  • Have a hard-wired broadband internet service (DSL, Cable, or Fiber Optic connection).
    Purchase a call center noise-canceling headset connecting to your computer via USB.
