3-8 years of relevant experience in business systems analysis or IT
Domain experience in Insurance or Banking
Proficiency in Power BI and Excel
Ability to lead mid to large ERP projects and coordinate project teams

Coordinate with IT development teams to manage development, resolve issues, and plan/execute testing; monitor system performance and manage support requests, engaging vendor service groups as needed

Manage support requests to ensure timely and thorough resolution of issues.
Engage with vendor service support groups to bring resolution to system performance or other processing issues.
