  • Experience with JIRA, Basecamp, Trello and Slack
  • Ability to structure and manage both AGILE and WATERFALL projects
  • Understanding of digital marketing concepts and strategy

Job description

This is a remote position.

Do you work well with others and have experience managing and supervising digital projects? Are you familiar with the project initiation, planning and execution phases? We are looking to add additional project management resources with the following experience:
  • Experience working with JIRA, Basecamp, Trello and Slack
  • Can structure and manage both AGILE and WATERFALL projects (some projects are iterative and evolving
  • Proactively manage the scope, timings and priority of projects ensuring no work outside the agreed scope is undertaken.
  • Thorough understanding of the principles of Project Management and appropriate methodologies and processes including techniques for digital solutions including requirements definition, sitemaps, schematics and wireframes, web analytics, etc.
  • Own the client relationship and day-to-day stakeholder management in the context of the delivery of your specific projects



Requirements

  • 3 years of project management with various digital products in an agency setting preferred
  • Understanding of digital marketing concepts and strategy
  • A success-focused mindset and willingness to creatively problem solve
  • Ability to effectively organize and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge and exposure to various projects and tasks such as:
  • Logo design requirements gathering (concepts and sketching direction)
  • Website requirements gathering (sitemap, content outline, color schemes and inspirations)
  • App development (High level vs detailed requirements gathering)
  • Software and system implementations (Gap analysis, business requirement gathering)
  • Reporting and analysis (Digital marketing)
  • Animation and video production
