This is a remote position.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and passionate Creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, a deep understanding of visual storytelling, and the ability to think outside the box. As a Creative Graphic Designer, they will be responsible for developing creative concepts, producing visual assets, and delivering high-quality designs for both digital and print.

Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and design creative assets for corporate brand identity, marketing, advertising, social media, and product packaging.
Create compelling publication layout designs.
Create designs for both digital and print.
Take ownership of multiple design projects, ensuring timely delivery and consistent brand messaging.
Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure innovative and effective design solutions.
Develop brand guidelines and manuals.
Present design concepts and ideas to internal teams and stakeholders for feedback and revisions.
Work with external vendors to ensure quality execution of print and digital projects.
Maintain high standards of design quality and attention to detail in all deliverables.

Requirements

Education & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
Experience with web design and responsive layouts is an added advantage.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to accept and implement constructive feedback.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Creative thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
Copy writing skills are an added advantage.
