This is a remote position.

As the Head of Marketing, you will oversee our marketing function to develop, implement and manage strategies that will propel our brand within the prop trading industry. You will be accountable for full-funnel marketing at both strategic and execution levels. This role is pivotal in driving our company's performance, enhancing brand visibility, and contributing significantly to our revenue growth.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a prop trading marketing strategy that aligns with our objectives with a focus on trader acquisition and retention, SEO, strategic partnerships and paid marketing.
  • Develop and optimise the trader acquisition funnel to increase conversion rates at every stage.
  • Create and manage marketing strategies across multiple channels, including paid, SEO, influencer, and partnerships.
  • Drive innovative marketing campaigns and strategies that outperform industry competitors to increase trader engagement.
  • Create and manage the marketing budget, setting clear performance indicators and ROI measurements to ensure our outgoings contribute to our growth.
  • Cultivate influential relationships within the prop trading industry, promoting brand advocacy, ultimately driving growth and market dominance.
  • Lead special projects and provide regular, data-driven reports to senior stakeholders that reflect your strategic impact on the company's marketing efforts.



Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a senior marketing or growth role, with a track record of delivering results in a prop trading firm.
  • A deep understanding of marketing metrics including lead conversion rates and organic search rankings.
  • Background in the prop trading industry, who is adept at both strategic leadership and day-to-day operational roles within a dynamic marketing function.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in crafting brand strategies from inception to execution.
  • Proficiency in planning and rolling out effective marketing strategies, with a strong understanding of prop trading.
  • Familiarity with PR and global media strategies, particularly in the prop trading sector.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and concepts.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
