Roles & Responsibilities

  • Relevant degree (e.g., Human Resources, Business Administration, ICT, engineering or related discipline)
  • Experience using online recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Upwork, freelance networks, or Zoho Recruit) is an asset
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
  • Fluent English (spoken) with excellent writing; ability to communicate with a global team and clients

Requirements:

  • Source and screen tech candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn, Upwork, freelancing networks and Zoho Recruit
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers and other stakeholders; manage the end-to-end recruitment process
  • Apply data-driven analysis to recruitment challenges to identify root causes and develop innovative solutions
  • Collaborate effectively in a remote environment using tools like Slack, Jira and Google Docs; take ownership and drive results

Requirements

  • Relevant degree (e.g., Human Resources, Business Administration, ICT, engineering or related discipline)
  • Previous experience working on online platforms  (e.g., LinkedIn, Upwork. Freelance, or Zoho Recruit) is an asset.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse complex issues, identify root causes and develop innovative solutions.
  • Excellent negotiation and collaboration skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers and other stakeholders.
  • Speaking English fluently and excellent English writing skills, with the ability to communicate with a global team effectively and clients. 
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Innovative data-driven person with excellent analytical and research skills, with the ability to use data and insights to drive decision-making.
  • Experience working remotely with tools like Slack, Jira, and Google Docs, with the ability to collaborate effectively and communicate in a virtual environment.
  • Strong ownership and ability to work fully independently, with the ability to take initiative and drive results.
  • Time is flexible with a good sense of work/life balance, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
