Needing a real estate assistant to help with various office tasks at our brokerage and primarily help agents with general office admin tasks.
Specifics include:
Flyer creation (Canva preferred)
Listing paperwork prep and send to clients for electronic signatures through Authentisign
Weekly Seller Update preparation (template in Canva, need to gather data from several websites including MLS, Zillow, etc and input into the update, then email to clients each week).
Misc paperwork updates for price changes/modifications in listing. Create the change form and send out for electronic signatures, then update the change in the MLS.
Order/remove signs via email for listings
Monthly email newsletter campaign for a sphere with local market updates and activities
Just Listed/Just Sold Postcard campaigns
Text reminders for upcoming classes at brokerage
Email reminders for upcoming classes at brokerage
Create FB Events for upcoming classes at brokerage
Maintain brokerage calender online with class schedule for brokerage
Call/email for showing feedback on listings
Take recorded videos from classes and upload to our youtube channel
