Job description

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a highly accomplished Senior Transactional Lawyer to lead on complex corporate structuring and high-value transactions, with a particular focus on Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs), shell companies, and cross-border entity formation. This is a remote role offering strategic influence, autonomy, and an opportunity to work on sophisticated legal matters with global scope.

Ideal for a commercially astute legal expert with a deep understanding of corporate structuring, international compliance, and transactional negotiation, this role is suited to professionals who want to operate at a high level without the constraints of a traditional legal environment.



Requirements

  • LLB, JD, or equivalent legal qualification; LLM preferred

  • Licensed to practice in a common law jurisdiction (e.g., UK, US, Australia, or similar)

  • Minimum 06 years of post-qualification experience in corporate/transactional law, preferably in top-tier law firms or multinational settings

  • Deep understanding of SPV structuring, offshore jurisdictions, and corporate formation strategies

  • Track record of managing complex deals with multiple counterparties and high-value stakes

  • Strong legal drafting, negotiation, and advisory capabilities
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining excellent responsiveness and professional rigor
