This is a remote position.
Oversee and manage daily operational tasks to ensure seamless business execution.
Support process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Create, maintain, and update operational documentation, reports, and databases.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (sales, HR, finance, and client teams) to streamline communication and deliverables.
Monitor performance metrics, track progress against goals, and prepare status reports.
Assist in onboarding new team members and maintaining team schedules.
Identify process bottlenecks and proactively recommend solutions.
Manage administrative duties, including scheduling, reporting, and document organization.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
3+ years of professional experience in operations, project coordination, or administrative management.
Previous experience working with U.S. clients or within an international remote environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Asana, Trello, or similar project management platforms.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working autonomously.
Experience in creating and maintaining operational processes and reporting dashboards is a plus.
