We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Specialist to support the daily operational functions of our U.S.-based client. The ideal candidate is proactive, tech-savvy, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will play a key role in coordinating workflows, managing administrative processes, and ensuring smooth cross-functional collaboration between teams. Experience working with U.S. clients and familiarity with time zone coordination, reporting, and process optimization is essential.

Requirements

  • Oversee and manage daily operational tasks to ensure seamless business execution.

  • Support process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.

  • Create, maintain, and update operational documentation, reports, and databases.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (sales, HR, finance, and client teams) to streamline communication and deliverables.

  • Monitor performance metrics, track progress against goals, and prepare status reports.

  • Assist in onboarding new team members and maintaining team schedules.

  • Identify process bottlenecks and proactively recommend solutions.

  • Manage administrative duties, including scheduling, reporting, and document organization.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of professional experience in operations, project coordination, or administrative management.

  • Previous experience working with U.S. clients or within an international remote environment.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Asana, Trello, or similar project management platforms.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working autonomously.

  • Experience in creating and maintaining operational processes and reporting dashboards is a plus.
