About the Role:

*Please Note:

  • This position is exclusively open to Uruguayan citizens. Applications from candidates in other locations will not be considered and will be rejected during the screening stage.
  • The role requires servicing US and European clients, therefore, the working hours will be on a day shift (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM).
  • Candidates must be fluent in English. Proficiency in additional languages will be considered an advantage.


This role will connect the right candidate with customers from all over the world. The primary objective of this role is to build relationships with our customers, keeping them engaged and informed about the incredible things we are doing.

The position offers both a base salary and an attractive commission structure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide sales, marketing, capital raising, and commercial services to support the growth of the company.
  • Engage with new and existing customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop and manage sales pipelines, contributing to the company’s revenue growth.
  • Attend business meetings, conferences, and conference calls on behalf of the company.
  • Draft, review, and advise on promotional and informational documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Comply with all company policies, industry regulations, and best practices.
  • Identify and report any concerns related to compliance, ethics, or business operations.


Requirements:

  • Excellent command of English, both spoken and written. Additional languages are advantageous.
  • Strong desire to see customer success, engage with new customers, and continuously improve sales numbers.
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales roles in financial services or related fields.
  • An understanding of, or a willingness to learn about, blockchain technology, financial exchanges, and precious metals. 
  • Ability to be flexible with working hours
