OUT THE HR ASSOCIATE ROLE:

We are looking for a proactive and responsible HR Associate with 1–2 years of full-time experience in HR, preferably from a product-based startup environment. The ideal candidate is someone who is comfortable wearing multiple hats, takes full ownership of ad-hoc HR tasks, and can independently handle recruitment and day-to-day people operations while maintaining high standards of communication and professionalism.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, schedule, and manage end-to-end hiring for multiple roles across functions.
  • People Operations & Support: Handle employee queries and HR-related requests in a timely and empathetic manner.
  • Documentation & Coordination: Assist with offer letters, onboarding, HR documentation, and database updates.
  • Ad-hoc HR Initiatives: Support any immediate HR needs or operational tasks that may arise, demonstrating ownership and agility.
  • Engagement Support: Assist in basic employee engagement initiatives and communication if needed.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1–2 years of full-time HR experience, preferably from a product-based startup
  • Strong hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle ad-hoc / unplanned HR tasks responsibly and independently
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Ownership mindset with strong coordination and follow-through

NICE TO HAVE:

  • Experience with HR tools (ATS/HRIS/Sheets)
  • Exposure to remote or distributed teams
