Account Manager

Employment Type: Full-Time (US Hours 9am-5pm)

ReWorks Solutions is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Account Manager to enhance our client relationships and drive business growth. You will play a crucial role in managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met, and facilitating effective communication between clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, maintaining regular communication and providing exceptional service.
  • Understand client goals and objectives to deliver tailored solutions that meet their needs.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients to build loyalty and trust.
  • Manage the execution of projects and ensure alignment with client expectations and requirements.
  • Monitor account performance and initiate regular check-ins to assess satisfaction and identify up-sell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and resolution of client issues.
  • Prepare and present reports that detail account activity, performance, and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements
