Job Opening: Operations Manager
Location: South Africa (Remote – US Hours)
Type: Full-Time, Work from Home
Hours: Monday to Friday: 9am- 5pm (US Hours)
Pay: Monthly Salary

Role Overview

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing daily business operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and quality. This role focuses on process optimisation, team leadership, and effective resource management to support organisational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage daily operational activities to ensure smooth workflows.
  • Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Lead, coach, and manage operational teams to achieve performance targets.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align operations with strategic objectives.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and operational costs effectively.
  • Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Serve as the point of contact for operational issues and escalations.

Requirements
