Position: Product Listing Manager

Location: Remote

Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain product listings across internal systems and online platforms
  • Ensure product data accuracy, completeness, and proper categorization
  • Upload, update, and audit product information including specifications, pricing, SKUs, and compliance details
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, procurement, marketing, and operations) to ensure accurate product setup
  • Perform data validation and quality checks to maintain listing integrity
  • Troubleshoot listing issues and resolve discrepancies efficiently
  • Analyze product data using Excel to identify gaps, errors, or optimization opportunities
  • Support new product launches from a technical setup perspective
  • Ensure alignment of product information across multiple platforms and databases
  • Maintain documentation and process improvements for listing workflows
