Role Overview

We are looking for a Social Media & Graphic Design Contractor to support digital communications and brand presence across social media and marketing channels. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role responsible for producing visual content, managing social media postings, and ensuring consistent application of brand identity across digital and document-based communications.

The role operates fully remotely within a regulated professional services environment, working with pre-approved messaging and internal sign-off processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and produce visual content for social media, marketing, and corporate communications based on inputs from research and analyst teams.

  • Create static graphics, visual templates, and short-form digital assets for announcements, campaigns, and events.

  • Manage and publish content across social media platforms, including LinkedIn and other relevant channels.

  • Support the setup and execution of paid social media campaigns (e.g., LinkedIn), including creative preparation and basic campaign adjustments.

  • Monitor and report on social media performance and engagement metrics, providing basic analytics and insights.

  • Adapt existing materials into platform-specific formats suitable for different audiences.

  • Format, style, and polish Microsoft Word documents including reports, proposals, policies, and client-facing materials, ensuring consistent layout, typography, and branding.

  • Support the design and formatting of presentations and documents using Microsoft Office 365, particularly Word and PowerPoint.

  • Maintain and apply brand identity and visual guidelines across all outputs.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to translate approved messaging into compliant visual and document-based content.

  • Assist with basic video editing and short-form video content where required.

  • Ensure all published and distributed materials align with brand, regulatory, and compliance requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

Experience & Skills

  • Proven experience in graphic design and social media content production.

  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.

  • Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro or similar video editing software will be an advantage.

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, particularly Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, including document formatting, charting, and layout.

  • Experience managing and applying brand identity across digital and document-based materials.

  • Practical experience managing social media accounts, including exposure to paid social media campaigns and basic performance analytics.

  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools and platform insights (e.g., LinkedIn analytics).

  • Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate clearly with international teams.

  • Reliable high-speed internet and a work setup capable of uninterrupted remote delivery.

  • Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and handle multiple deliverables concurrently.

  • Prior experience working remotely and/or with international teams will be preferred.

  • Prior experience in a corporate, professional services, or regulated environment will be preferred.
