Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Data Analytics & Automation Specialist to design, develop, and maintain data solutions, dashboards, SharePoint platforms, and workflow automations that improve business efficiency and decision-making.

The selected candidate will be responsible for building Power BI reports, writing SQL queries, managing SharePoint sites, automating business processes through Power Automate, and supporting internal teams with practical, scalable data and automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint sites, lists, and libraries to support business data and document management.
Configure SharePoint permissions, structures, workflows, and content organization.
Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources.
Work with SQL queries, joins, stored procedures, and data extraction requirements.
Build interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
Develop Power BI data models, DAX calculations, visualizations, and performance dashboards.
Translate business requirements into clear, accurate, and user-friendly reports.
Support data-driven decision-making across departments through meaningful analytics.
Design and implement workflow automations using Power Automate.
Streamline manual and repetitive business processes through automation.
Troubleshoot automation flows, reporting issues, and system errors.
Identify and resolve data-integrity issues and reporting inaccuracies.
Ensure dashboards, reports, workflows, and data outputs are accurate and reliable.
Work with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and convert them into practical technical solutions.
Support process improvements through data analysis, automation, and system enhancements.
Stay updated on Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 best practices.
Support integrations across Microsoft 365 tools such as Teams, Excel, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
Build simple business applications using Power Apps when required.
Maintain documentation for dashboards, automations, SharePoint configurations, and reporting processes.
Perform any other data analytics, automation, reporting, or internal operations duties assigned by management.

Candidate Profile

Hands-on experience in data analytics, business process automation, reporting, or internal systems support.
Solid understanding of technical concepts related to data analytics, databases, and business automation.
Proven experience with SharePoint, including site creation, list and library management, permissions, and configuration.
Strong working knowledge of SQL, including queries, joins, stored procedures, and data extraction.
Solid experience building reports and dashboards using Power BI.
Good knowledge of DAX, data modelling, visualizations, and dashboard development.
Practical experience designing automated workflows using Power Automate.
Experience with Power Apps will be an added advantage.
Familiarity with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Teams, Excel, OneDrive, and SharePoint integrations.
Good understanding of data visualization best practices and dashboard design principles.
Basic understanding of data governance and data privacy principles will be an advantage.
Microsoft Power BI, Power Platform, SQL, or related certifications will be preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
Ability to break down complex business problems into manageable technical solutions.
Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks within deadlines.
Proactive, organized, and willing to learn new tools and technologies.
