Roles & Responsibilities

  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing or project coordination roles

  • Manage and monitor online adverts through Google Ads and social media platforms to generate leads and boost brand awareness
  • Create multi-channel marketing campaigns leveraging SEO, social, inbound marketing, and email to drive customer acquisition
  • Measure marketing performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) and optimize marketing automation and lead nurturing processes
  • Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities; maintain client relationships and coordinate with sales to ensure services meet budgets and needs

Job description

At Outshore we’re looking for a full-time Marketing Project Coordinator for one of our clients. You will provide support to the marketing and sales department in order to increase the profile of the company and attract new clients. You will  assist the marketing team in organizing various projects to maintain and expand the company’s digital presence. What you will do
- Manage and monitor online adverts through Google Adwords and social media advertising platforms for lead generation and increase company and brand awareness
- Creating multi-channel marketing campaigns leveraging SEO, social, inbound marketing, email to drive customer acquisition.
- Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEM Rush, etc.)
- Optimize marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels
- Continuously seek out opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
- Continually look for ways to enhance productivity through process improvements, task automation, new tools/technology, etc.
- Take inquiries and requests from customers and address their needs
- Stay on top of accounts, making sure they’re receiving services that are within their budget and meeting their needs
- Meet regularly with other members of the team to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business
- Identify up-sell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities and communicate with the sales team regularly

What we expect from you
- 2 or 3 years of experience in similar roles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (must - C1 at least)
- Excellent understanding of digital inbound marketing concepts and best practices
- Experience with social media, Google Adwords and email campaigns and SEO/SEM
- Knowledge and experiences of marketing automation and email marketing
- Knowledge and experiences of internet pay-per-click advertising campaigns including the strategy, design, implementation and analysis of ad performance
- Knowledge and experiences of web analytics tools, such as Google analytics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in a sales or customer service role is a plus
