  • Review client sites to identify areas for improvement and optimization and prepare detailed strategy reports
  • Identify high-value keywords and optimize on-page elements and content across websites, blogs, and social media
  • Develop and implement link-building strategies; apply on-site SEO updates (meta data, internal links) and analyze competitors' techniques
  • Oversee SEO project roadmap with cross-functional teams to drive prioritization, execution, and measurable growth for clients

Job description

At Outshore, we're looking for a full-time Technical SEO Specialist for one of our clients, a marketing agency. The Search Engine Optimization Specialist will assist in planning, developing, executing, and evaluating SEO for both B2B and B2C clients.

What you will do

  • Reviewing and analyzing client sites for areas that can be improved and optimized.
  • Preparing detailed strategy reports.
  • Identifying powerful keywords to drive the most valuable traffic.
  • Filling websites and other content with effective keywords.
  • Writing effective SEO content for blogs, websites, and social media accounts as needed.
  • Developing link-building strategies.
  • Analyzing keywords and SEO techniques used by competitors.
  • Applying on-site SEO updates to Client's websites (meta information, links, etc.)
  • Keeping updated on both white hat and black hat SEO strategies to avoid staying within search engine guidelines.
  • Compiling and presenting SEO guidelines.
  • Achieving positive growth and results for our clients.
  • Oversee SEO project roadmap, partnering with cross-functional teams to drive prioritization and execution.

What we expect from you

  • 3/4+ years of experience working in digital SEO and analytics.
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong technical SEO experience.
  • Experience working with popular SEO monitoring and management tools
  • Vast knowledge of SEO software such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Moz, SEMRush, ScreamingFrog, and others.
  • Strong project management and organization skills, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects on quick timelines.
  • Working knowledge of SEO best practices and proven experience executing strategies.
  • Excellent skills in social media platforms.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Excellent understanding of KPIs.
  • Experience with real-time analytics.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
