Job description

Responsibilities:

Plugin Development:
Design, develop, and maintain a custom plugin/add-in for Microsoft Outlook using C#. Proficiency in .NET Framework and Visual Studio is essential.
Outlook API: In-depth understanding and practical experience with Outlook's API, including the ability to work with email items, folders, and events.
Data Extraction:
Implement advanced algorithms and techniques to extract predefined words or data from incoming emails efficiently.
Integration:
Develop robust integration mechanisms, utilizing REST APIs or other relevant technologies, to transmit the extracted data to another system. Knowledge of authentication and secure data transmission is crucial.
User Interface:
Create an intuitive and responsive user interface within Outlook for users to configure and interact with the plugin. Experience with WPF or other UI frameworks is a plus.
Testing and Debugging:
Conduct thorough unit testing, integration testing, and debugging to ensure the plugin's reliability, performance, and compatibility across different Outlook versions.
Documentation:
Prepare comprehensive technical documentation for the plugin's installation, configuration, and usage, including code comments and best practices.
