Responsibilities

  • Create, execute, and maintain manual test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various platforms.
  • Conduct comprehensive user journey testing and UX testing to ensure seamless experiences across touchpoints, including usability and accessibility.
  • Perform functional, integration, regression, and acceptance testing to ensure product quality; monitor and coordinate defect resolution with engineers.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements; continuously enhance manual testing skills on the assigned project.

Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive user journey testing/mapping to ensure seamless user experiences across all touchpoints
  • Perform UX testing to evaluate and enhance the usability, accessibility, and overall user satisfaction with the product.
  • Perform functional, integration, regression, and acceptance testing to ensure quality
  • Monitor and track resolution of defects, coordinating with engineers in order to prevent, report, and resolve defects
  • Participate in team meetings and provide feedback to improve the development process
  • Continuously improve manual testing skills and improve processes on assigned project

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in manual testing of games on various platforms
  • Strong understanding of user experience principles and methodologies.
  • Experience in writing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
  • Knowledge of different software testing methodologies, including Usability, Performance, Regression, and Security testing
  • Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Monday etc.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with developers, designers, and other stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
