5-8 years of ABAP development experience with at least 2 years in BRF+
Experience in creating BRF+ functions, rules/expressions and rulesets, and decision tables; debugging BRF+ objects
At least two full lifecycle SAP implementation projects (Blueprint/Explore through Go-Live) and understanding of SAP Activate Methodology
Ability to lead workstreams and mentor junior consultants; strong client-facing skills and ability to manage customer expectations

Responsibilities

Analyze, design, and develop reports/dashboards based on requirements; actively participate in client workshops
Contribute to requirements capture and development of functional/technical specifications and business process definitions
Write reusable, testable ABAP/BRF+ code, author test plans, and perform test automation
System installation/configuration, system tuning, integration, data migration, security/authorization, system upgrades, incident management; stay updated on industry standards and domain updates

SAP Skills

Must have 5 8 Years of ABAP Development experience with at least 2 years' experience in BRF+.
At least two full life-cycle implementation projects (from Blueprint/Explore through Go-Live).
Understanding of SAP Activate Methodology.
Ability to lead workstream activities on a project.
Understanding of integration between modules.
Leads detailed module-specific configuration and master data development.
Ability to use Service Marketplace to create tickets, research notes, review release notes, and solution roadmaps as well as provide guidance to customers on release strategy.

Work Experience

Expertise in areas like Reports, Module Pool, Forms ,RFC, BAPI, BADI, BDC, User Exits, enhancement points and ABAP OOPs
Must have experience in creating BRF+ Functions, Rules/Expressions and Rulesets, Decision tables.
Expert in debugging ABAP objects and BRF+
Experience/Knowledge of Tax and revenue module will be an advantage.
Understand functional specifications and develop and implement technical specifications.
At least 1-2 years of experience of managing a team of junior consultants as a mentor / Lead.
Can independently manage customer expectations & deliverables.
Ability to think out of the box for innovative solutions to help business of customer.
