Responsibilities

Provide remote technical support to customers, including installation, logical configuration and troubleshooting of IBM/EMC/Hitachi/NetApp storage products
Collect and analyze logs from storage systems to diagnose issues and monitor performance
Perform performance analysis and implement resolutions to storage-related problems
Maintain excellent customer-facing communication in English (verbal and written) and coordinate across alternate time zones
