Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain efficient and scalable RESTful APIs using Node.js; implement CRUD operations against a SQL Server database; ensure APIs are secure and performant
Collaborate with database administrators to optimize database performance and ensure data integrity; write SQL queries and procedures to interact with SQL Server database efficiently
Write unit tests and integration tests to ensure the reliability of the APIs; document API endpoints, data models, and usage instructions for internal and external stakeholders
Work closely with front-end developers to integrate APIs seamlessly into the application; handle data migration and transformation tasks when necessary

API Development:
