Job description

Time Zone- General shift ( 9AM - 6PM)
Experience Range-5+ years
Location: remote

We are seeking a skilled GA4 Enhanced Ecommerce Specialist with expertise in setting up and managing event tracking on Magento and Salesforce Commerce Cloud platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Google Tag Manager (GTM), dataLayer setup, and GA4 reporting to ensure accurate tracking of user interactions and ecommerce activities.

Key Responsibilities:

GA4 Implementation & Custom Event Tracking:

Configure GA4 Enhanced Ecommerce tracking on Magento and Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
Set up and manage custom event tracking using Google Tag Manager (GTM) and dataLayer.
Ensure accurate tracking of ecommerce events product views, add-to-cart, checkout steps, transactions, refunds, etc.
Troubleshoot and debug tracking issues.

DataLayer & GTM Configuration:

Define and implement dataLayer structures for ecommerce interactions.
Work with developers to integrate custom JavaScript solutions for event tracking.

Salesforce & Magento Integration:

Collaborate with Salesforce and Magento developers to ensure seamless data tracking.
Set up event triggers and tags specific to Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) and Magento 2.
Reporting & Optimization:
Create GA4 reports & dashboards to analyze user behavior and ecommerce performance.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with server-side GTM for advanced tracking.
Knowledge of Facebook Pixel, LinkedIn Insights, and other third-party analytics implementation tools/add-ons.
Google Analytics & GTM Certification is a plus.
