Job description

This is a remote position.

General Description 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Amazon E-commerce Specialist to manage and optimize our presence on the Amazon marketplace. The ideal candidate will be responsible for product listings, advertising campaigns, sales analytics, and overall account management. This role requires a deep understanding of Amazon Seller Central, strong analytical skills, and the ability to drive growth through data-driven strategies. 

 

Job Responsibilities 

Product Listing & Optimizations 

  • Create, manage, and optimize product listings, titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend keywords. 
  • Conduct keyword research to improve organic search ranking and visibility. 
  • Manage product variations, images, and A+ content to enhance conversion rates. 

Advertising & Promotions 

  • Plan, execute, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display). 
  • Monitor ad spend and adjust bids to maximize ROI. 
  • Develop promotional strategies, deals, and coupons to increase product visibility and sales. 

Inventory & Fulfillment Management 

  • Oversee FBA and FBM inventory, ensuring stock availability and avoiding overstock or stockouts. 
  • Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations. 
  • Manage shipment creation and monitor Amazon fulfillment metrics. 

Sales & Performance Analysis 

  • Track and analyze key performance metrics such as sales trends, conversion rates, ACoS (Advertising Cost of Sales), and TACoS (Total Advertising Cost of Sales). 
  • Prepare regular reports and recommend strategies to improve performance. 
  • Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify growth opportunities. 

Account & Compliance Management 

  • Monitor account health and ensure compliance with Amazon’s policies and guidelines. 
  • Address performance notifications, product suspensions, or customer complaints. 
  • Handle customer feedback, reviews, and inquiries professionally. 

Cross-Functional Collaboration 

  • Work closely with the marketing, creative, and operations teams to align strategies. 
  • Recommend improvements for product positioning, branding, and pricing strategies. 
  • Stay updated with the latest Amazon trends, algorithm changes, and best practices. 
  • Conduct product research analytics on e-commerce platforms to identify profitable opportunities. 
  • Oversee product procurement and sourcing to support Amazon listings. 
  • Collaborate with digital marketing specialists to plan and execute Amazon strategies. 
  • Apply graphic design strategies to optimize product listings and enhance brand presentation. 
  • Serve as a full end-to-end expert for Amazon product research, listing, and optimization. 


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field (preferred). 
  • 3+ years of proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central accounts. 
  • A strong track record in Amazon Pay-Per-Click campaign management, listing optimization, and driving sales growth. 
  • Experience with FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon) and FBM (Fulfilled by Merchant) processes. 
  • Proficiency in Amazon SEO, keyword research, and analytics. 
  • Knowledge of tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Sellics, or similar platforms. 
  • Experience with data analysis, reporting, and Excel/Google Sheets/Sharepoints. 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 
  • Ability to work independently and within a cross-functional team. 
  • Familiarity with Amazon policies, guidelines, and account health management. 
  • Up-to-date with e-commerce trends, Amazon algorithm updates, and marketplace best practices.
