Roles & Responsibilities

2-3 years of experience with Delphix data anonymization tool and masking algorithms
8+ years of in-depth experience in RDBMS (SQL) with hands-on masking of structured data (SQL, Azure SQL)
Experience in masking unstructured data (JSON/XML/BLOB/CSV) and implementing corporate standards for client data handling
Strong knowledge of data security and privacy principles, including dynamic and persistent masking techniques (encryption, tokenization, randomization, substitution) and excellent communication skills

Requirements:

Work on the Delphix Virtualization Engine, creating Gold and Child VDBs, and troubleshoot issues in the Virtualization Engine and Masking Engine
Mask and manage data across structured (SQL/Azure SQL) and unstructured data, ensuring compliance with corporate standards
Design and implement dynamic and persistent data masking techniques, including encryption, tokenization, randomization, substitution, and seed masking
Understand customer business and data domain to solve data privacy problems and collaborate with cross-functional teams

About the Job:

2-3 years of experience with Data Anonymization tool - Delphix

Able to work on the Masking algorithms.

Able to work on the Delphix Virtualization Engine, creating Gold and Child VDBs, troubleshooting issues in Virtualization Engine and Masking Engine.
8+ years in-depth experience in RDBMS, SQL
Hands-on experience in unstructured file data masking.
Experience in anonymizing the structured data (SQL, Azure SQL) as well as

unstructured ((JSON/XML/BLOB/CSV) data.

Experience in corporate standards and guidelines for dealing with client data, including sensitive data
Experience in dynamic and persistent data masking techniques, including encryption,

tokenization, randomization, substitution, customized masking techniques, and seed value masking.

Ability to understand the business and data domain of the customer or partner and the business problems the customer or partner is facing, with the intent to solve the business problems
Very familiar with Data Security principles
Privacy architect - capable of computing statistical validation of many different types of anonymization

Strong oral and written communication skills
