Roles & Responsibilities

Experience working in state and federal courts (preferred).
Strong organizational, reliable, and detail-oriented skills.
Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in all phases of litigation.
Experience in one or more of the following areas: Plaintiff Personal Injury, Corporate/Commercial, Construction Liability, Premises Liability, Products Liability, General Liability, or 3rd-party Commercial Auto Claims.

Requirements:

Represent clients in state and federal court litigation in Florida.
Manage all phases of litigation from pleadings and discovery to trial and appeal.
Draft pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents; conduct legal research.
Communicate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel; coordinate discovery and case strategy.
