Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and litigate personal injury cases from inception to resolution
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Engage in settlement negotiations and attend hearings, depositions, and trials as necessary
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
• Provide top-tier legal representation and advocacy

Qualifications:

• Must be licensed to practice law in Florida
• Experience in plaintiff personal injury law preferred
• Strong litigation and negotiation skills
