The primary responsibility of the Laboratory Sales Representative position will be the development and management of a designated territory area with the goal of market penetration and growth within targeted groups of Healthcare Providers.

Laboratory Sales Representative Description

  • Identifying referring providers that could benefit from laboratory services and expanding the current market share.
  • Developing business relationships with key providers and target customers.
  • Delivering product presentations to customers in your territory outlining laboratory benefits and services.
  • Achieving quarterly sales goals and maintaining expectations of the field and limited administrative duties.
  • Understanding and addressing both business and scientific-oriented needs of healthcare professionals through consistent account engagement and dialogue.

Laboratory Sales Representative Responsibilities

  • Will report directly to C-Level management.
  • Must maintain a log tracking potential client contacts made. These may include phone calls placed or physical locations visited.
  • This is not a remote position. The sales representative must be present physically at our office location during the beginning and end of each business day.
  • Bi-weekly or monthly reporting to management outlining productivity and goals met.

Laboratory Sales Representative Requirements

  • MUST HAVE ACTIVE ACCOUNTS
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelors degree is preferred in relevant field of study.
  • Reliable means of transportation.
  • Must be able to work a complete 40 hours per week at minimum.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Email correspondence must be promptly responded to, usually within 24 hours.
  • Attire: Business casual or professional.

Pay: $150,000- $250,000 and additional incentives

Schedule: Full-Time

Location: Remote
