Job description

Technical background with hands-on experience in Fixed Network (Technical Fix) operations.
Strong coordination and communication skills to handle internal and client interactions effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel for reporting and invoicing tasks.
Must be able to work on UK timings (12:00 PM to 12:00 AM PST).
Familiarity with software interfaces and ability to work across multiple systems is essential.
Excellent email drafting and written communication skills
This is a remote/work-from-home role. Candidates must have a reliable internet connection and a suitable working environment.
Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience in international projects and similar time zones.
