Job description

Outsource Ability, on behalf of our client, is seeking a skilled and proactive Meta Ads Specialist to manage and optimise advertising campaigns across Meta platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, be data-driven, and demonstrate the ability to deliver measurable results. This role is remote and essential in driving brand awareness, engagement, and conversions through effective paid media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management: Plan, create, and manage Meta advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and other Meta platforms.
Performance Optimisation: Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and implement strategies to improve ROI.
Audience Targeting: Develop and refine audience segments to maximise reach and engagement.
Creative Collaboration: Work with design and content teams to produce compelling ad creatives and copy.
Reporting: Prepare regular performance reports and provide insights to stakeholders.
Budget Management: Allocate and manage advertising budgets effectively to achieve campaign objectives.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and platform updates to ensure best practices.

Qualifications

At least 2 - 4 years of proven experience in managing Meta Ads campaigns or similar digital advertising roles.
Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and related tools.
Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to interpret campaign data and provide actionable recommendations.
Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
Familiarity with broader digital marketing strategies and platforms is advantageous.
