Overview

Outsource Ability, on behalf of our client, is seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Lead to oversee and drive marketing initiatives across digital channels. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a proven track record in marketing management, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. This role is essential in shaping brand identity, generating leads, and supporting overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development: Design and implement marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Brand Management: Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all platforms.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and creative teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
  • Market Research: Conduct research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
  • Content Oversight: Supervise the creation of marketing materials, including digital content, presentations, and promotional assets.
  • Performance Analysis: Track and analyse campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stakeholder Reporting: Prepare reports and updates for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Innovation: Identify and adopt new tools, platforms, and strategies to enhance marketing effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • At least 4 years experience in the digital marketing field. 
  • 2 to 4 years of proven experience in marketing management or a similar leadership role.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, tools, and analytics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Creative mindset with problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools is advantageous.

Equipment & Connectivity Requirements

To perform effectively in this role, candidates must have:

  • Their own laptop and headset (capable of supporting marketing and communication tools).
  • Reliable power supply (Solar, UPS, or Inverter) to ensure uninterrupted work.
  • Stable internet connection (sufficient speed for campaign management, reporting, and video conferencing).
