Overview

Outsource Ability, on behalf of our client, is seeking an experienced and proactive Google Ads Specialist to manage and optimise advertising campaigns across Google platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, be data-driven, and demonstrate the ability to deliver measurable results. This remote role is essential in driving brand awareness, engagement, and conversions through effective paid media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management: Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
  • Performance Optimisation: Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and implement strategies to improve ROI.
  • Keyword Research: Conduct keyword analysis to identify opportunities and maximise campaign effectiveness.
  • Audience Targeting: Develop and refine audience segments to ensure precise targeting and engagement.
  • Creative Collaboration: Work with design and content teams to produce compelling ad creatives and copy.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular performance reports and provide insights to stakeholders.
  • Budget Management: Allocate and manage advertising budgets effectively to achieve campaign objectives.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and platform updates to ensure best practices.

Qualifications

  • 2 to 4 years of proven experience in managing Google Ads campaigns or similar digital advertising roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and related tools.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to interpret campaign data and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
  • Familiarity with broader digital marketing strategies and platforms is advantageous.

To perform effectively in this role, candidates must have:
