Job description

We are looking for an experienced Cloud Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining cloud-based applications and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and experience with cloud technologies and infrastructure.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Research and evaluate new cloud solutions and technologies.
  • Design, develop and maintain cloud-based applications and services.
  • Configure and maintain cloud infrastructure.
  • Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and standards Automate the deployment of cloud services.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve cloud performance and availability issues.
  • Monitor cloud performance and security and implement best practices.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation.
  • Implement and maintain system backup and recovery procedures.
  • Collaborate with other developers and stakeholders to ensure successful completion of projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in cloud engineering.
  • Proven experience as a Cloud Engineer.
  • Knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as Azure, AWS, etc.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Bash, etc.
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Must speak English fluently and have good English writing skills.
