Job description

We are looking for a Systems Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and developing solutions for our complex business systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and experience with system design and implementation.

Responsibilities:

Analyze business systems and processes to identify areas of improvement.
Develop and document system requirements and specifications.
Design and implement new systems and enhancements to existing systems.
Develop and maintain system documentation.
Test systems for accuracy and performance.
Troubleshoot system issues and develop resolutions.
Monitor system performance and provide proactive maintenance.
Work with other departments to ensure successful implementation of systems.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in systems analysis.
Working knowledge of SQL, scripting languages, and source control.
Strong problem-solving skills Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must speak English fluently and have good English writing skills.
