2+ years of proven experience as a virtual assistant or administrative assistant. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Proficiency in digital communication tools and office software. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Attention to detail and discretion with sensitive information. Reliable internet connection and access to necessary technology. Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills as needed.

Core responsibilities:

Manage emails, calendars, and appointments. Prepare documents, reports, and presentations. Act as a point of contact for clients and stakeholders. Draft and proofread emails, memos, and communications. Organize tasks, deadlines, and deliverables. Coordinate project logistics and communicate updates. Handle travel arrangements and expense reports. Conduct research and gather information as needed. Maintain digital files, databases, and documentation systems.
